These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.lumisohome.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Lumiso Home, operated by Lumiso Home LLC ("Lumiso Home," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Agreement to Terms

By using this Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products & Made-to-Order Nature

All Lumiso Home curtains are made to order and individually produced after your order is confirmed. Because each piece is custom-produced, please note the following:

• Due to manual measurement, finished dimensions may vary by approximately 1–2 cm.
• Color tones may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
• Minor differences may occur between the online image and the final product due to scaling and printing.

These natural variations are inherent to made-to-order products and are not considered defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Payment is processed at checkout through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill.

Because items are produced to order, please review your size and color selections carefully before completing checkout. Once production has begun, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described on our Site and at checkout. As all products are made to order, returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, patterns, images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Lumiso Home LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumiso Home LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumiso Home LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.
