This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Lumiso Home (www.lumisohome.com) are produced, processed, and delivered. Because every curtain is made to order, please review the timelines below before purchasing.

Production & Processing Time
All Lumiso Home curtains are made to order and individually produced after your order is confirmed.
- Production time: 5–7 business days
- Production covers manufacturing, quality control, and packaging
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take slightly longer. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email automatically.

Free Worldwide Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is included worldwide on all orders — there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total estimated time = production (5–7 business days) + transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier, and customs processing.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number at the address provided at checkout. You can use it to follow your package until it arrives. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after the production window, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient
- They are not included in the product price or collected by Lumiso Home
- Customs processing may also add to overall delivery time
If you are unsure about potential import charges, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Delivery & Address Accuracy
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout by the assigned carrier.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses
- If no one is available at delivery, the carrier may leave a notice and hold the package for collection
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment

Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, or if part of your order is missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Email support@lumisohome.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
