At Lumiso Home, every curtain is produced individually after your order is placed. Because each piece is made to order, we are only able to accept returns and exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Thank you for your understanding.

Made-to-Order Products
Each Lumiso Home curtain is custom-produced for you once your order is confirmed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or other non-defect reasons.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Important Notes Before You Order
Because our curtains are custom-made and printed to order, please review the following before purchasing. These natural variations are normal and are not considered defects:
- Due to manual measurement, finished dimensions may vary by approximately 1–2 cm.
- Color tones may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
- Minor differences may occur between the sample image shown online and the final product due to scaling and printing processes.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we have reviewed and confirmed the problem, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Situations
Because all items are made to order, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Change of mind or items that are no longer wanted
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer at checkout
- Minor variations described in the Important Notes above
- Items damaged through use, washing, or improper installation

Refund Process
Once a defect or error has been confirmed, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you choose a replacement, a new item will be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.

To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@lumisohome.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and any damage
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
