Before you come
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during opening hours. Call ahead only if you want a full measuring and design session.
Can I buy off the shelf and take it home?
No — every panel is cut to one window. In the showroom you choose the print, settle the lining and confirm measurements; it's made in 5–7 business days.
Can you help me measure?
Yes. Bring your numbers and we'll check them with you. For bays, doors or unusually tall drops, we'll come to you.
Standard fabric or blackout lining?
The standard fabric lets soft light through. Blackout lining takes the room to full darkness. Both are on the wall to compare.
Can I return a made-to-measure curtain?
On faulty goods only — which is exactly why we check your numbers with you first.
